Kareena finds Imran the next generation superstar

He’s cute and charming, and Kareena Kapoor finds him handsome too. The young Khan here is no other than the endearing Imran Khan.

If Imran can’t stop raving about Bebo, who also happens to be his co-star in Karan Johar’s next Short Term Shaadi, Kareena too is generous with her compliments for this Khan, though she is smitten with only one Khan (Saif Ali Khan).

The actress is quoted as saying, “He (Imran) looks good and he’s handsome. I think he is the next generation super-star.”

Kareena and Imran haven’t started shooting for their film, but going by their compliments, we can imagine how they are going to light up the big screen.

Shilpa Shetty anniversary gift

It seems that marriage is showering bliss on leggy lass Shilpa Shetty. She had a surprise gift awaiting her on her first wedding anniversary when hubby Raj Kundra gifted her a luxury apartment on the ninetieth floor of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai. Burj Khalifa is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and IS the tallest man-made structure ever built, at 828 m with 160 floors. The world’s highest swimming pool is located on the 76th floor.

Shilpa had visited Dubai a few months ago, had loved the building and expressed a wish of staying there. Raj just grabbed the opportunity to express his love and gifted the keys to Shilpa in Mumbai a week ago.

Shilpa and Raj have taken three days off from work to celebrate their first wedding anniversary there. Shetty will design the interior of the apartment while she’s there. She then heads to Bangkok to shoot a shampoo ad on November 26.

However, the trip had its flips too. Shilpa was down with 103 degree temperature on Saturday night owing to pharyngitis. Though the fever waned by Sunday evening, she had a sore and choked throat when she finally left on Monday morning.

Deepika Shahid are Sabir Khan’s Heer and Ranjha

Deepika Padukone is one actress who has paired opposite many heroes comfortably. After Deepika Padukone-Farhan Akhtar, Deepika-Imran, Deepika-Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepika-Abhishek, the actress is now set to make a screen pair with Shahid Kapoor in Sabir Khan’s ‘Heer and Ranjha’. Sabir has already assisted in movies like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and directed the disastrous Kambakht Ishq.

Now, Deepika Padukone is quite tall and is always conscious that she would look taller than her hero. Before the shooting of Karthik Calling Karthik, Farhan Akhtar had to actually stand next to her, and show her that he can match her height. However Sabir is quick to explain and says, “I don’t think it really makes a difference if the leading lady is taller than the hero.

“We opted for Deepika Padukone because we needed a face that could look contemporary and classical. Among the current line-up of actresses, only she could measure up to my script’s demands. As for Shahid, he’s an intense actor. I’m positive this pair can project the pangs of passionate love,” he added.

We, on our part, are waiting eagerly to see this fresh pair create magic on the screen.

The actor will shave off his head completely for his role in Rajkumar Santoshi‘s Power!

Considering the actor’s hairstyle has undergone next to no change over all these years, this latest development is sure to shock many of his fans.

Media source said, “Anil Kapoor is known to be extremely possessive about his hair style. This is the first time he is playing the role of a villain in a film. His character in the film is very mercurial, edgy and stylised. Anil, too, was thinking about his role for the last month and after much contemplation, he chose to go completely bald.”

The decision was a tough one for the actor, who is known for being one of the fittest guys in Bollywood. He wanted the character to be a notch higher than the other villains played on screen before. There was also a lot of debate on him wearing a wig but he finally decided against it.

Deepika and katrina kaif together again

By now we all are aware of the rivalry between Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif after Ranbir Kapoor felt a soft corner for Katrina. But hold on! Nothing is certain in tinsel town. The latest we hear is that the duo has patched up.

The latest that we hear is Deepika will be seen along with Katrina in the sequel of Housefull Housefull 2. If buzz is to be believed, actors like Katrina Kaif, Paresh Rawal, John Abraham and Nana Patekar have been roped in, to join the original cast Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Arjun Rampal and Deepika Padukone.

However, director Sajid Khan said that he has confirmed only John Abraham, Akshay and Riteish for the film as he is still in the scripting stage. He added that Deepika and Katrina are his friends but didn’t give a clear picture if he is casting them in the film.

Well, it’s surely gonna be a feast to the eyes watching Deepy and Kats together on-screen.
