Director Ram Gopal Varma's Sarkar Part two has been titled "Sarkar Raj", varma preferred the title Sarkar Raj than Sarkar 2 or Sarkar Again. Three Bachchans : Amitabh, Abhishek and Aishwarya bachchan is taking part in this film and they are in the lead. Apart from the Bachchans, "Sarkar Raj" features mostly unknown faces.
As the director want the film to look fresh he induct lot of stage and theatre actors in this movie. Director is working with Aishwarya for the first time. Ramgopal verma and Amitabh are working in three films this year, they are : Nishabd, Sarkar Raj and Sholay
